In case you haven’t noticed, the site is incomplete and therefore not yet active, so well done on targeting an inactive site with your dumbass messages which incidentally go straight to the spam queue and to the trash in case you wonder why they don’t show up here.

However, we do block domains, email addresses and IPs eventually when we can be bothered and have nothing better to do as well as reporting all relevant info to the ISPs so have fun now!
