Book Addict’s Book Group discussions for April :
We are discussing three books this month with the Group.
Bet Me – Jennifer Crusie : Hosted by Thea [chicklit / romance / comedy]
For a few demons more – Kim Harrison : Hosted by Jerseygirl Elliel [paranormal romance /urban fantasy]
Charlie & the Chocolate Factory – Roald Dahl : Hosted by Constant Reader [childrens /fantasy]
For I think maybe the first time, I am actually signed up for all three books. I may have done that before but at the moment I can’t remember and don’t have the time to go looking.
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is an all time favourite of mine and something I used to read over and over and over as a child.
For a Few Demons More is the latest in the Kim Harrison series about Rachel Morgan who, along with her friends Ivy (vampire) and Jenks (pixies) runs Vampiric Charms; a kinda off-beat PI, security firm for supernaturals.
Bet Me is something different for me as I don’t really go for romance and have never read this author – though everyone who tries her seems to be immediately hooked, so I guess that’s a good sign.
