I have five of these books so I can see I’m going to have to get reading if I have any chance of fitting the others in to an already busy schedule. My first instinct is to go with Kathryn Stockett’s book The Help which has been very well received by the people I gave it to at Christmas. But I need to read a few more before making a final decision.
We have also entered the Penguin Orange Readers’ Group Prize this year. We applied too late last year so maybe we’ll be lucky this time.
